Cookies – ProdForm

We use cookies and similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) to operate the service, remember your preferences and understand how the platform is used. You decide what gets set – you can change your consent at any time.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files stored in your browser when you visit a website. They are used for everything from keeping you logged in to measuring how many people click a button. Similar technologies like localStorage and sessionStorage work in a comparable way and are covered by the same rules.

2. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary: keep you logged in, remember language and consent choices, and hold your answers while you complete a test. Set without consent because the service does not function without them. Functional: remember choices you make yourself in the interface, such as theme (light/dark) and panel widths. Stored when you make the choice. Analytics: recording of clicks and scrolling (Microsoft Clarity) to improve the platform. Set only with consent. We also keep visit statistics without cookies (Vercel Analytics), which store nothing in your browser. Marketing: not used today. If we adopt such cookies, we will update the list and request renewed consent.

3. Third parties

Supabase sets session cookies for authentication (strictly necessary). Vercel may set technical cookies for traffic management and security (strictly necessary). Sentry is used for error tracking and sets no cookies, but uses temporary storage in the tab so that a session where an error occurs can be recorded; all text and all fields are masked in the recording. Microsoft Clarity sets cookies only if you have consented to analytics. We do not use third-party advertising networks or social-plugin cookies.

5. Managing cookies in your browser

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Note that blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent you from logging in or cause parts of the service to stop working. Most browsers have their own help page on cookie management.

6. Changes

If we adopt new cookies or change the purpose of existing ones, we update this page and request renewed consent where required. The date at the top shows when the page was last updated.
